Emily for Mayor
A voice for all
Emily Bridson can be your voice for advocating for equity and inclusion so that we serve the people we represent and our boards, commissions and city hall reflect our community.
As a City Commissioner, Emily has advocated for a stronger Kentwood on issues important to all of us, even at times when it seemed unpopular to speak up on those she felt were not being addressed. Solutions require action. That’s why, when she ran for her Commission seat, she visited 7,000 households, going door to door on her manual scooter – so she could listen to you and take action on your concerns.
It is this active leadership approach and her work in Kentwood and West Michigan that has helped Emily be successful as a commissioner. And why she wants to be your next mayor. This is also a great way to let us know if you would like to get involved and help Emily be your voice by volunteering for her campaign.
